JHS senior wins Congressional art contest
Jonesboro High School Senior Langley Osborn has won the 2012 Congressional Art Contest for Arkansas's First Congressional District. Congressman Rick Crawford made the announcement on Monday.
Osborn's "Oversea Sweethearts" will hand in the U.S. Capital Building in Washington, D.C. for the next year.
In addition to having her artwork displayed in the Capital, Langley will receive two round-trip airline tickets to Washington, D.C. so she and a guest can view her work on display.
Langley is the daughter of Mark and Brenda Osborn of Jonesboro.
