Title (Max 100 Characters)
These days it seems every business, big or small, has a website. It is a fast and easy way to promote your product or service to customers.
But creating a website for a small business can be a scary endeavor, especially if you don’t consider yourself to be very computer literate.
That’s where the Arkansas State University Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) can help.
On Tuesday, July 31, the SBTDC and Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce will co-host a “Fundamentals of Website Planning for Small Businesses” workshop.
According to a news release from ASU SBTDC, the workshop will “help attendees explore the strategies, techniques, technologies and best practices needed to turn websites into an effective marketing tool for business.”
The workshop will be held from 1 until 4 p.m. in Room 201 at the ASU Delta Center for Economic Development.
Registration is $35 per person, $25 for Chamber and Downtown Jonesboro Association members and $20 for ASU faculty, staff and students.
For more information or to register, call the SBTDC at (870) 972-3517 or email asusbtdc@astate.edu.
