SBTDC to present a "Pinteresting" seminar | Business

As the social media network grows by leaps and bounds, one organization is working to help Region 8 business leaders keep up.

Arkansas State University's Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) is hosting a workshop on Pinterest on Thursday, August 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Pinterest has exploded across the internet over the past year.

Herb Lawrence, director of the SBTDC, says marketers of all types are scrambling to learn how to put this new tool to work for their companies. 

Already 11.7 million online users have joined Pinterest and are spending more than 405 minutes per month on the site.

This workshop will show business professionals how to put Pinterest to work for them and their organization.
