The law firm Waddell, Cole & Jones has given its stamp of approval on a new office in Jonesboro.
The law firm will begin construction later this month on a 13,000 square-foot office to be located in the former U.S. Postal facility, 310 East St. It expects to move into the new space in August 2013.
Ralph Waddell, principal at the law firm, said in a news release:
“We are really pleased to have the opportunity to continue our presence in downtown Jonesboro. We believe that this project along with the acquisition and extensive renovation of the Mercantile Center Building by the City of Jonesboro will accelerate the continued revitalization of downtown.”
City Water & Light owns the 30,000 square-foot building which will undergo a complete renovation.
Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development brokered the deal.
