Job fair announced | Community Spirit

Looking for work?  Then mark Tuesday, June 5, on your calendar.

From 3 until 7 p.m. that day the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host a Job Fair at the Lawrence County Meeting Room, 115 W. Walnut St. in Walnut Ridge.

Employers will be on hand accepting applications.  Workshops will also be provided on such topics as “Dress for Success,” “Resume Making” and “Interviewing Tips.”

The Arkansas Department of Workforce Services will also be there with its mobile unit.  The unit is equipped with computers that will allow you to do work searches and fill out resumes.
