Neighbor says man got drunk, then got naked | Crime

A Jonesboro man was arrested Sunday, June 24, after a woman told police he “pulled down his pants and underwear and shook his backside” at her and her children.

Jimmy J. Lansdell, 43, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and indecent exposure.

According to the police report, police were called to the 300-block of North Miller St. just after 8 p.m.  A neighbor told police Lansdell was “very intoxicated” when he walked to the front of her home and “pulled down his pants, exposing himself” to her and a group of people, including her children.

The arresting officer reported a “strong odor of intoxicants” coming from Lansdell’s mouth and said he was “very unsteady on his feet.”

After appearing to suffer a seizure during his arrest, Lansdell was taken to St. Bernards Regional Medical Center where he was treated and released.
