Bag of meth found in school

At most schools one can expect to find missing pens and pencils on the floor.

At Nettleton High School, one faculty member apparently found a bag of meth.

Jonesboro police were called to the school at 9 a.m. Monday.

According to the initial police report, an NHS faculty member located a plastic bag containing a crystal-like substance lying on the floor in one of the school buildings.

A field-test indicated the presence of methamphetamine.

The bag reportedly contained .4 grams of meth, with an estimated street value of $30.

The bag was logged into evidence.  At this time, police have no suspects.
