Thorny situation for florist: Wheels, tires stolen from vehicle | Crime

Before she could deliver flowers on Monday, the owner of Faught’s Flower Shop, 2008 Wilkins, had to buy new tires.

Sharron Grantham told police that sometime between 7 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 a.m. Monday someone stole the wheels, tires and lugnuts off her 2007 Chevy Tahoe.  The estimated value of the items stolen was more than $2,000.

During his investigation, Officer Lane Holmes reported finding several vehicle jacks and jack stands around the SUV.  Officer Holmes described one of the jack stands as being blue with the initials “KH” written in white paint.

There are no suspects at this time.
