Police investigate church break-in | Crime
For a second time this week, Jonesboro police were called to a local church.
Thursday afternoon an officer was dispatched to the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2317 West Washington, regarding a break-in.
According to the incident report, someone broke a window out of the front of the building and removed an electrical housing panel.
Pastor Elroy Tesch told the officer it did not appear that anything had been taken. Tesch also said the front door was unlocked when he arrived.
The officer reported finding a small pile of broken glass in front of the window, which was also unlocked.
At this time there are no suspects.
