Five dollars and a gumball machine.
Jonesboro police say that’s all a crook got for his troubles after breaking into a local business.
According to the initial police report, the burglary occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Monday.
The owner of Jonesboro Hydraulics, Zachary Gilliam, told police when he arrived at work Monday morning he found a bay door pried up, with a tear large enough to allow a person to enter.
Gilliam said nothing was missing from the shop, other than $5 from a cash drawer and a gumball machine.
