St. Bernards CFO receives honor

Harry Hutchison, vice president and chief financial officer of St. Bernards Healthcare, has received the Founders Medal of Honor from the Arkansas Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

The Founders Medal of Honor recognizes members who have contributed to the chapter’s growth and success, according to a news release from St. Bernards Healthcare.

Hutchison, who has served as CFO since 2005, has worked in healthcare finance for more than 30 years.  In addition to his duties at St. Bernards, he is an adjunct professor in the ASU College of Business where he teaches an introductory class in healthcare finances.

Hutchison says he has been “very blessed to have worked with some very fine people over the years who have helped me along the way” and says he is “fortunate to work for an organization like St. Bernards.”

He stresses he would not be able to do anything without the support of his family.
