JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – Former Jonesboro city council member Cecil Province has died.
Region 8 News learned that Province died around 3:30 this afternoon.
Prior to becoming city councilman, Province served as principal of Jonesboro High School and as superintendent of Jonesboro Public Schools.
