Crash on US 49 near Brookland Friday night
CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, AR (KAIT) - A car and motorcycle collided Friday night injuring several people and blocking traffic along a busy stretch of U.S. 49 between Jonesboro and Brookland.
Police say the motorcycle rear ended the car. They say both cars were traveling in the south bound lane. The driver of the motorcycle was ejected. He was responsive to emergency crews and was flown to The Med in Memphis.
The driver of the car suffered minor injuries.
