DAV gets new van to help veterans in Region 8
JONESBORO, AR (KAIT) – Disabled veterans in Region 8 have a new tool to help them get to and from the doctor.
The Disabled American Veterans organization here in Jonesboro received a new 12 passenger van that will help veterans in the area.
Mayor Perrin was at the ceremony Tuesday morning to recognize the organizations efforts. The van will be used to transport veterans to doctor's appointments and other engagements.
